Having some trouble with Opanda.

it could be because when uploading photos filehosts like Flickr sometimes delete the EXIF data or Photoshop or Paintshop strip the info out

Which browser are you using? If Firefox, I'd suggest Fxif or Exif Viewer. (And as always - if you're using IE, I recommend anything but IE. ) With FxIF, you just right-click on a picture and view Properties. With Exif Viewer, it adds a new option in the right-click menu.

As bob100 says, lots of stuff has the exif data stripped.

Here's a picture that does have embedded exif data. (All my shots do as I run my own site instead of using a public photo sharing site.) You should be able to view exif data from this. If you can't, then whatever you're using isn't working right.

I'm not really sure. I would say that if you are going to use IE (ick ), definitely at least upgrade to IE7.

Not that that should (by itself) solve any problems, but it is a better, safer browser (but still no Firefox!)

As far as your specific problem, I've never used Opanda and rarely if ever use IE, so I am unlikely to be of much help, sorry.

Reading the Opanda website, it supports IE7. It says nothing about IE6 so I would suggest dl'ing IE7.
