If you are talking snacks, you can make those dill pickle rolls. The ones that are a piece of ham or beef, spread cream cheese on it and place pickle slice in it and roll it up. Cut in bite size pieces.
Shrimp- can have dip for others. Most of the shrimp dip has sugar in it.
plenty of water, diet soda (diet rite) and tea and or coffee.
Usually buffalo wings are okay (you'll need to check the carb count - try to keep it low, maybe around 1-3 grams), also veggies are good especially broccoli, asparagus, green beans, cauliflower. Pepperoni usually doesn't have any carbs, some mini sausages and hot dogs are not too bad either. Good luck.
Pepperoni and cheese (Salami is fine too)
cold cut platter
celery stuffed with cream cheese (and green olives too)
pork rinds (we like the bbq ones)
perhaps some berries, if they are not on induction
nuts are good (again, not on induction)
I like to use dip for my cheese & Pepperoni and that is allowed, depending on the sugar content (real sour cream is okay)
some dressings can be used too (again, no sugar) and salad is good
If I use real cream cheese and crabmeat, I have a recipe for crab pizza.....cream cheese on the bottom, cocktail sauce on top and the crab meat on top. UGH, but you normally serve it with crackers which is a no no
WOW this is hard, good for all you guys that are doing Atkins and having success.
Just wanted to say it's very thoughtful of you to take your friends' needs into consideration like this. Low-carbers are accustomed to often having to cheat or go hungry (or maybe get a celery stick or two) at "munchie" parties like Super Bowl parties. Your friends will be very pleasantly surprised!
