Having Problems withMy Disney Experience - Can't Book Dining???

Is anyone having issue booking dining through My Disney Experience online? I'm trying to change a time and it won't allow me to do it and I keep getting the following error message:

"We're sorry, there is a problem searching for reservations at this time."

The website messes up a lot. I would call 407-WDW-DINE and make them that way.
