Having old pictures scanned to CD?

We have TONS of old family pictures cluttering up our desk drawers. I would love to have them all scanned on to CD or something so I could put them in our on-line albums. However, I don't have a good scanner or the time to do this. Is there any place that offers that kind of service?

I've only done this with negatives that I have had, but I just took it into my local camera place and had them scan them and put them onto a disk for me. You might want to just call around local developing places to see if anyone can do it. I will admit it is a bit expensive but it wasn't to much more since I was getting prints made anyway.
