We are planning a trip in May. DS and family will stay at BLT the entire time. DH and I may do a split stay of BLT/BCV. I was hoping to have the DGS listed in our room at BCV too. That way if we are watching the boys one day, they can still do swimming.

I thought I had asked/read about this in the past, but can't find it. Something about putting down middle names.

Has anyone done this?

For the kids, use their middle names, nick name, etc.
The same person is not allowed to be listed in two different rooms for the same night. This way WDW CMs will see the names as being for two different people.

I have a reservation that just has my daughter's friend's first initial and last name on my reservation. They only asked her age (above or under 18)

It's not such an issue for the kids though their same bands won't work for both rooms. It's mainly the lead person where you have issues. I've had our grandkids listed on 2 different rooms a number of times without incident, the last time was 5 weeks ago.

Good to know. Thank you.
