We used Gardengrocer.com last trip and had really good luck. It was worth it to us since they would deliver beer and wine along with the groceries.
This trip, we really only need water delivered. I stumbled on the fact that costco.com will ship bottled water (amongst other items) directly to your resort within 2-3 business days and NOT charge any shipping. I do not have a membership, so they tack on 5% to the price - but it was only $7.80 for a 24 pack of bottled water. Worth every penny considering they are $2.00 apiece or one snack credit on property.
I'm going back to check on having some breakfast bars and snack items shipped also so that I don't have to pack them.
