Having Concierge (IPO) make ADR's

I'm rapidly approaching the 90 day mark (yea!) and have submitted my ADR requests to the Grand Floridian IPO staff. Do they usually have success in getting ADR's on the day/time range you've requested? Should I send them a "back-up" plan? With the new 90 + 10 ADR system, I'm a little worried about our requests at the beginning of our trip (specifically CRT the morning after arrival).

I'm off to WDW in 96 days - I emailed the GF Concierge staff my list of dining requests and had a response within an hour saying they would try and book them all for me (I'm staying 13 nights Polynesian LV and 4 nights GF LC).

Well impressed so far !

I did not realize about the +10 for the IPOs and sent in everything about 90 days before arrival. They were still able to get me CRT lunch, although a relatively late ADR - 2:30.

I am now 69 days out. I got all my ADR's through IPO including CRT lunch and Illuminations cruise. I received confirmations before the 90 day mark, so I think IPO is now booking at the 100 day mark.

I had the YC concierge book all of my ADRs, Illuminations Cruise, fishing excursion, and SPA treatments for 10 days in November. They booked everything at the times and days that I wanted. They emailed me my confirmations. It was great.............

Everyone is so organized. We're at the 61 day mark and I haven't made any ADRs yet. I guess it's time to get organized and send a list to POLY IPO.

IPO is the Itinerary Planning Office which is a part of the service for guests who are staying on the concierge level, at the deluxe resorts. They will make all of your meal reservations, specialty cruise reservations, and any extra help you might need while planning your trip.

I submitted about 21 priority seating requests for 2 weeks and recieved every single thing I wanted all within 5 mins of teh time I requsted.They even book the breathless for an Illuminations cruise and a wishes cruise also. I think they can get things for you and it is so great to not have to call and worry about all of it. I would just email them and everything was taken care of. Can't wait only 2 more weeks.
