Having a problem with subscribed threads

I'm signed up for instant emails for my subscribed threads but have not been getting them. Any advise on how to rectify this? Thanks.

For some reason I stopped getting them about a year ago...I am sort of used to it now LOL...

Check your email address in the control panel? I justhave mine set to subscribe to the ones I post on, then I just go to my CP all the time and go from there... it easy and better than getting emails.

Go check you e-mail, I just started getting them tonight after about a week of nothing. Maybe it was just a glich in the system.

Absolutely- the subscribe function that will list subscribed threads with new posts right in your Control Panel is much better than depending on the email notifications. Many email providers (AOL, Verizon, Comcast) block these emails either sporadically or permanently.

Our email server got wadded up, and Alex spent a couple of days working on it. It's working now, but it will take a while for it to catch up with the huge backlog of notification emails. Be patient just a little longer.

There are several threads about this on the Tech Support forum. That's always the best place to go when you want information or help related to DISboards technical issues or problems.
