I don't think I could protect you.....I seem to be a magnet for those freaks. You'd probably be better off if I stayed her in IL....where it's SNOWING!!!!!!!

Marci - I am glad you got some fun in!!! DH and I really loved DL. My girls are talking about how they'd like to go back, too, and I think we need to drag DS with us this time.

Hey, do you guys know about 6pm.com??? I have always loved Zappos, but discovered this website...I think it's their clearance shoes....I LOVE it - I found some GREAT DEALS!!!!! Have I been out of the loop or is this new???

Marci~ I have to say that I had a traumatic hair cut in the 6th grade and I grew my hair out and had long hair, all one length until 5 years ago. My best friend, who had helped me deal with a difficult pregnancy, childbirth, and then severe depression, made me go have a beauty day with her and it changed my life. I was hooked on trying new things! I love having curly hair and I try to keep very current hairstyles now and my old stylist was awesome at adapting them to work with my hair. I used a new girl Saturday and I though she had ruined my hair but all was well! I say go fro a new style, then blame me if you hate it!

Edit to add: I am so jealous of your little DL trip, I would give anything to go see Walt's first park! Yay for you!

I know what you mean about Juno! I haven't watched it yet but I was weirded out about my kids even seeing the BOX! It's in a Blockbuster bag in the very back of the armoire. DH could care less about seeing it. The other movie I rented and still have to watch is Waitress - it looks really good!

Sleeping Ugly - My kids were 6 & 9 years old when we went to La Nouba. They both loved it! They were enthralled , especially DD. She just kept staring as she shoved popcorn into her little mouth!

BTW- I guess there will be no Boardwalk stays for you! ( That slide freaks me out!)

Ugh, no snow here (yet) but it is really cold and just finished hailing. We are supposed to have frost tonight. Last year, we had frost in April and it totally destroyed our first cutting of alfalfa. We barley got a third of our normal yeild. BF will be very crabby if the frost kills our hay again this year!

I KNOW!!!!!!!!! I am so disgusted with this weather!!!!!! Things were just looking so nice and green and bloomy....but you know next week it will be in the 80s....(just being sarcastic...I don't want to get your hopes up! )

Oh...I ordered three pairs of cute Born sandals last week and I have been glued to it today, too....this weather has me bummed so shopping it is.

You HAVE to see The Waitress!!! OMG>....That is one of my favorites. It is so touching. It's not kid really appropriate though.

1) This is not PRETTY snow (that only comes in December when everyone is in th Christmas spirit!! ). This is snow/rain mix where first it rains, then it snows for 30 seconds, then turns back to rain etc.

2) I love, love, love that movie!!!!!!!!! Not a big Jude Law fan, but he is the CUTEST in that movie!!

I'm excited to watch Waitress! We just watched No Country for Old Men the other night. My gosh it was so violent! Just not my type of movie, I guess. It was definitely suspenseful if you can get past the violence. The ending kind of stunk,too.

We just had one of the most awful winters here this past year....I remember from my childhood being able to jump off the roof into snow drifts!!! We haven't had one of those types in a long time, but this year was close!!!! It was AWFUL!!! It's fun when you'er a kid, I guess.
