I was thinking of calling her last night and seeing if she had any ideas about goodies or something like that to order. I am kind of thinking she might be crazy busy though now that it's March so I didn't want to bug her. It's hard to know....sometimes she is mega bored and other times guests are hovering at her desk staring at her. Are you guys still set to meet Sunday afternoon?? I know she was looking forward to it.

Yay!! I can't wait to see your pics. I love that place.(duh) I am SO HAPPY we will be staying there over Easter. Lucy was my holdout....she wouldn't settle for anything less. haha....The girls love it ehre....I am so surprised to see people still saying the GF isn't family friendly. Little do they know.

Kelly, as her if there is anythign really cool to order for Easter! PLEASE!!! I am kind of burned out on the white chocolate characters, though....something new and unique.

Good Morning gals??

Or is it?? I went to bed at 6:30 last night and slept straight through until AM. DS had a nightmare around 10pm (which he NEVER does) and I never heard him! Thank goodness DH handled it (He told him to go to his "Happy Place- riding the TTA through Tomorrowland!!") I still feel kind of blah today. I don't have a fever, I have no appetite (No- I am not pregnant ) I really coud use another nap, but I don't think DS will go for it (he stopped napping at 2)

Let's see...catching up...

Kelly- get the medium bare minerals started kit. One of those 2 shades will work. They really look a lot darker than they go on (I remember looking at fairly light the first time and going "You're kidding?? This is light??")

Channing- I vote for the build a bear or vermont teddy bear!! That is such a unique idea!!! Or what about Peggy or Betsy putting together an Easter basket for you? Hope the ebay thing works out... $2500 in one month?? I may need to rethink this?? (Just kidding- I don't have the patience!!)

Lindsay- I forgot to say yesterday that I hope your furbaby is doing better!!! I would be so upset if that happened to my dog!! (Who is being my little nurse today followiny me around to sleep on my feet etc. It is amazing how they know when you don't feel right!)

Brooke- where are you??????? And don't you dare come on and tell me you are in your yard where it is 70 degrees or something!! It is 20 and windy here today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boy, once she gets back on, it will be like a dam bursting loose!! Tell her we miss her and can't wait to "hear" from her again!!

I was in midorder with Sarah when Betsy took over, I liked her I have never tried Peggy since she wasn't back in the basket game when I started last year...

I love Sarah. Betys ok Sarah was nicer and easier to deal with.
I was also getting some deals thru her for my people and Betsys were not as good. I would use Peggy, plus Peggy stuff looks like art and is very professional.

Thanks for the ideas, guys....Kelly I laughed about the edible arrangements...I just saw them on the food network so I knew they were fruit. On Easter!?!?!?! I love the Cheryls Cookies stuff...I have never seen that...they look yummy. I do the popcorn once in a while so something different would be special. The Cheryls buttercream stuff looks so good. I just also wonder if the GF would do something coolo for Easter to order?

The build a bears I LOVE. I didn't think about that! I am just not sure because the girls enjoy making them themselves...I am going to go back and look though - they love that stuff.

I have a TON of candy, plastic eggs and other toys to ship down. They must have their egg hunt in the room so I have to be sneaky w/that. I also bought some Webkinz and Ty Girls and Bratz (for Jojo) and Pollys for Jo, too. She is EASY and I always go nuts with them, but I know they will probably want to build dolls in Germany or Lucy will want a Steiff....ugh. Girls are expensive.

I need to start pulling that Easter type stuff together.

Kristin, I hope you feel better. There is a hideous flu thing going around...DH had it he's on his 3rd week with it and starting to recover just the past couple days. My neighbor just called and she has it, too. Rest!!! Hopefully you'll sleep it off whatever it is.

Lindsay, I also forgot to say I hope your puppy is doing better. That is horrid. Poor thing.

Oh! The VIEW has a professional concierge on. gotta hear this. .....bday plans for your dog, send someboy to your house to do ? missed that.....nannies. My sister is a concierge at a Ritz Carleton. She used to work in Chicago, now in Michigan. She kisses a lot butts but she's good at what she does . I could never do it. I would get sick of that real quick.

Edited to add....boy I am noticing a LOT of people that are newly trying the GF....asking stuff like "What do you like about the GF".....and other questions. A lot of them could be answered if they'd just look at the start of the GF thread. I am feeling cranky because I bet they are GF newbs due to codes. Of course I want one.

ok, here I am again.....well I went nuts and ordered CUTE build a bears for them....Got the Easter Chick and the Easter white teddybear and two Hannah Montana outfits and the guitar purse for Jojo and two Limited two outfits (lucy owns these for herself!) for her and a HSM 2 purse....also two cute pairs of pjs and metalic sandals & an easter basket and an easter baby chick in an egg!! OMG...oh well I had BaB certs to use. Had it shipped directly to the GF! Easy...THANKS for the great idea. They will love them.

Kelly ask Vonnie if the GF has anything specially yummy for Easter. That's my mission for ya. THANKS!!!!!

I have been answering some of the newbie questions on the FAQ. I feel like I was one of them not so long ago!! Besides, I think it is cute to see how excited they are getting. Getting these codes are a dream come true for some of these families who may never stay there otherwise

I am already having post vacation depression. I am nervous about this horrid economy so I don't think we will be splurging and going several times this year like past years & I just think I am going to get there & be a downer thinking about leaving WDW and slim trips this year. I am losing sleep worrying about everything coming together, too. I get a little neurotic pretrip. Plus the fact that the girls and I are leaving a few days before DH so it will be up to HIM to take care of my dog and bring her to the kennel and take care of everything else and make sure he doesn't forget anything he needs to bring. Enough said. He's the guy that left ALL HIS CLOTHES in a hotel room in CA. He came home w/empty luggage. I opened it to do the laundry and they were empty.

You're right it is neat that newbies get to try the Gf.....just wish they'd look at the Faq stuff at the start of the thread. I think I am burned out from answering the same questions every couple pages ....You go girl and work that thread!!!

The BaB stuff is super cute. The girls have baskets of them and their clothes etc and love them....that is cute about your DS's Jojo! I have to tell you, too, that I LOVE TTA and going thru Tomorrowland - it's my happy place, too. Poor little guy. I hope he sleeps good tonight. I used to tell my girls to think of walking down Main Street when they were having bad dreams. I love that place.

I felt so bad for the little guy when DH told me!! DH said he came in to give me a hug and kiss good night and I was out cold!! I think not having Mommy there to go through the goodnight routine was more upsetting than it should be...

Kristin, those are cool! I went to a Pampered Chef party once and bought all kinds of weird gadgets I never use. They didn't have anything like this.....It had to have been about 11 yrs ago, though.

OK, I LOVE corned beef and cabbage....I made it last year and it was so bad, though, I wound up tossing the whole thing!!!! I don't know what happened either....I thought it was supposed to be so easy to make....it was so fatty it was nasty and greasy and gross. It was expensive, too!!! My friend laughed at me...it's supposed to be easy and cheap and it wasn't either of those. I think I got burned at Dominicks.
