I did this last year when it first came out. I think you can reserve it 30 days in advance (but no sooner). Here is some info from the Dis main page:

Additionally, you can schedule a 30 minute one-on-one session with a PhotoPass Photographer at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa or the Polynesian Resort. The two package options are:

$49.95 - Sitting Fee only
$124.95 - Sitting Fee plus all of the PhotoPass pictures taken by PhotoPass photographers throughout your stay on a PhotoPass CD (See below for 20% discount offer)
The sessions can be booked up to 30 days prior to arrival. The number to call is: 407-824-1700 .

Basically, you and your party and a photopass photographer walk around the resort and take pictures for about 30 minutes in some of the more scenic areas of the resort (various lobby pics, on the beach, near the pool etc.) We enjoyed it and got some terrific shots, but some on the Dis didn't feel it was worth it...

Thanks..first of all, this thread changed locations..I thought it used to be in resorts and basically sorted through 12 pages of posts and thought it was 'gone;!!!

If I preordered a photopass CD through the stitchbucket site, I would just probably order the 49.95 setting..but is there anything (aside from the CD) that I would miss out by not getting the more expensive one?

I am a little disappointed. I know the photopass folks aren't true photographers..so I thought if I paid for a photo shoot..at the flagship resort..I might at least get a real photog..but I still may do this..It is just my daughter and I at WDW so I need to be in as many pics with her as I can..so it may be worth it just for that alone.

I used to get perms all the time!!! I loved curly hair!!! My best friend who had curly hair used to get her hair straightened!!!

We would sit next to each other in the salon and everyone would laugh at us!!!

She keeps her hair curly now and I keep my straight!!

Good morning, everybody! ugh...It was a late night with the girls and then up early as a couple have to leave for day camps. I want to go back to bed....plus I feel so icky from all the pizza and junk I ate yesterday.

Siobhan your YC/BC thread is coming along. I will take a ton of pics when I am there. I will take pics of things I don't normally take...like the shops, lobbies, fast food places, stuff like that. Let me know what you might need. Same with the GF!

So.....I am thinking of taking S's advice and heading to the jeweler today. If I do, I will have to let you all know how I make out. I have a bunch of broken chains, earrings, old stuff that is so 80s and hasn't seen light in at least 18 yrs. Ugly stuff.

Well...let me know if you all get a fab Ding. Mine disappeared and I forgot to have DH fix that.

Annette, isn't that the truth? We do always want somebody else's hair!! I am glad it worked out for your daughter.

Wow....all those dr. appointments...hope you're doing OK.

Dawn, hope work is going FAST. I feel trashed today...too much salt and junk food and not good sleep.

I am waiting for the last girl to leave and I am running to that store, haha....I am psyched. Is there something wrong with that?? LOL...I am gonna feel like a begger going in to sell my old crap. I have quite a few things though and it was perfect timing...Jojo was going thru my old jewelry box full of that 1928 jewelry and Monet or whatever it is...and there was a lot of broken 14 kt stuff and with Siobhan's advice and experience wht the heck? Who knows?? Myabe I will make out great....(fingers crossed)

So...you all can sit back and wait for the news.....

Hey Channing - I sold all my crap gold awhile back when it was alittle higher then right now and got $1,100.00!!!!! Then I went to find more, not thinking I could possibly and got $700 more!!!

Dawn - I am dying to see SITC!!! My mom got a bootleg copy, but I hate watching like that. I am going to grab some friends as soon as school ends around here!!! Let me know how it is!!!

I convinced a good friend of mine to stay at the GF and they leave Saturday. I so syched I just hope they love it!!! She's also going to alot of the same restaurants I choose so I can't wait to hear!!!

Is it completely crazy, but I think I have the dates for next year picked out!!! I don't go as often as some of you guys, but I do go every year!!! My DH thinks I am crazy, we didn't even leave for this year yet!!! Oh well, I know you guys would understand!!!

Evening Gals~ Boy it has been quiet around here. I am fine....just a few minor problems. The eye doctor thinks I have glaucoma (I don't but he does) so I have two tests to do for this on different days. I am then getting some veins salined out of my legs. I have never done this before. Then I am off to the O.B for a little hormone check. No wonder doctors make a lot of money!

I did get my ressies changed to a Deluxe RPC room. Dh is still o.k. with everything. The rain has slowed here and the crops are looking pretty good considering all the bad weather. We are so lucky compared to everyone in Iowa. My thoughts go out to them.

I have most of my ADR's figured out.

Anyone ever eat at Rose and Crown. I was thinking about this for New Year's Eve. I am kind of at a loss for the second part of our trip. I am also down to exactly six months. WOOPEEE!!
