The weather was great this past weekend and I had never seen a lovebug before and didn't realize that is what it was until we saw 2 of them going at it.

I didn't notice 'the lady' but did see at least 3 brides. There was also a party set up at the summerhouse one night and there were many tables set up on the beach. I can't remember if i've mentioned any of this yet.

My daughter thought it was one of the best trips because one of the Jonas brothers walked by us on the way to Space Mountain. We only got a pic of his back as he walked away.
She got to see him another time in a special parade at Disney Studios. It was held an hpue before the Block Part Bash parade.

Was the party you're speaking of on Thursday night? We saw that, too, and were wondering if it was a corporate deal, or a wedding. Looked cool!

yeah I was like WOW when I read that. I love my AP but there arent enough perks for using it. Mine is up in Sept and since Sept I have used it 4 times so at least I am getting my $$ worth. They really need some type of loyalty program. I mean we have been 10 times since 2005 HELLO reward me.

Hey Kelly (and everyone else)!

Work has been crazy lately so my time on the Internet has been limited. Add to that, I'm trying to find a PT summer nanny for my girls, and that's taking up whatever free time I have at work. I'm looking for someone to pick them up from camp everyday and take them to the pool, ballet and piano class, library, etc. I've had a few good applicants so far, so am trying to weed through everything so I can come to a decision sooner rather than later.

And I'm car-shopping too, so I'm also doing tons of research on the Internet. Less time on Dis.

I do have a question -- Am I supposed to wait for RPC to contact me, or should I contact them on my own? I'd like to have a surprise waiting for the girls in the room when we get there. Can they help out with that? As in - I have no clue what would be a good idea -- would they be able to help someone as clueless as me?

The weather is oh-so loverly here in the DC area today. Dh picked me up for lunch. I LEFT THE OFFICE FOR LUNCH. Seriously, I have not left my desk for lunch in forever. It was such a nice treat.

As far as IPO - they should contact you, but if you haven't heard from them yet, I would shoot them an e-mail to get the ball rolling. Their e-mail address is Grand.Floridian.Itinerary.Planning@disneyworld.com. They can generally help with in-room gifts, but don't know how "creative" they are, or if people typically already have ideas. The Disney Florist (www.disneyflorist.com) also does neat gifts that can be delivered, and a fellow DISer, FeralPeg (Peggy) does really cute themed baskets, too, and I know she could help in coming up with ideas - her site is www.peggyssweetsandmore.com.

The cake scene is great! They are at a wedding were the grooms cake is an armadillo made out of red velvet cake. When they cut it someone talked about how hideous it was becasue it looked like a bleeding armadillo. Hilarious!

I need to netflix it so I can watch it again!

And then they hack off the butt of the armadillo, and serve it!

Oh, I used to watch that movie all the time.

I actually logged on to boards using my verizon voyager. i was able to read but every time i tried to sign in it would not work.

I think that Party was Thursday...we went to Epcot that day and on the way back we saw it. They even had video games, the arcade size ones, set up inside that tent at the summerhouse. That night my friends said they couldn't decide which arcade to visit..at Gaspies or inside the tent

Yeah we wedidnt know if it was a wedding or not but I told my daughter maybe it was a party thrown by the Jonas Brothers.

We also saw a rehearsal dinner get rained on at the Beach Club's beach. It was before our Illuminations cruise and luckily the rain stopped before our cruise.

I find the GF very masculine in a turn of the century kind of way! Strong, tall, not afraid to show off its strength, and its ability to scare some people away

Tinkaroo- we are booked for Dec.15 - 18th in RPC! We may change the dates around a little if I can get a bounceback deal but I've not ever been able to get one for RPC. Has anyone else ?

Hope everyone who has a sick DD gets better soon. Mine was sick last month and missed 4 days of school!

Once it gets close to Christmas the MK opens at 8am every day is that correct?
AND EMH is 7am, correct?

What happens with dining at CP and CRT?

Do they offer earlier breakfasts? I like to eat before the park opens.

All I got to say is be on the phone at the 180 mark....... I know a lot of theme parks have ressies before rope drop so I think the best is to calling the dining line.

I do have to say....YES, there are some really nasty people on the DIS. I think I know what P means about that IPO thread....I haven't even read it, but sometimes it just doesn't even pay to vent on the DIS...you get attacked by all the people that have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences....or they stalk you and jump you at WDW.
