Just a quick post before heading out for school . I hope you all have a great day and I look forward to chatting when I get home . I think the teacher I'm subbing for has her prep period last hour....so I may be able to leave at 1:25 . I may be back sooner than I think .


Chan.....I will try for internet but I don't think I'm going to be able to do it . The boys told me they have all kinds of firewalls and it is very hard to get connected and pull up sites . I know all the teachers have computers in their rooms and they all get online......I just don't have a username and password to log on . I'm going to look more into it today and see what I can find out. I miss chattin' with my GALS .

Well...I just got off the phone with the Swan....I told Kelly they ALWAYS ALWAYS mess up my bill ...never had a stay where they didn't ....and of course this ONE night they did again. They have a funky $115 charge on my Visa...and I called and asked WTH? and they told me it was from a 1pm charge at the Dolphin Fountain ....I said we didn't eat lunch at the Fountain! And she told me it was probably the next guest in the same room!!! UNREAL....that was a first for me to hear that. I am so not kidding...if anybody stays at the Swan or Dolphin...check your bill CAREFULLY...and then your CC afterwards...they are so sneaky and sloppy with their charges.

I have some errands to run today...and maybe I won't...it's back to being super cold. I am such a dork...I totally thought YESTERDAY was Thursday...that's why I ran out to get my mom a bday card and mail it asap. This week is moving slow.

Well...ttyl...I am wishing I remembered to buy a coffee pot right about now....it's too cold to get in the car for a quick coffee run....Diet Coke it is.

Good Morning!!

It is FREEZING here!! I haven't decided if I am going out today or staying put until tomorrow. I am DONE with winter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I talked to DH yesterday about adding an extra day on my June trip. I figured he would shoot the idea down for sure. HE DIDN'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used baseball as my leverage The Sox play the cubs at Wrigley the week that we return. For some reason that cannot be explained he actually is willing to set foot in that place This is the same man, who is a GIANT hockey fan, who refused to buy anything about the Blackhawks Winter Classic game since it was played at Wrigley and had the field's name on the logo Anyway, the night we are supposed to fly home is the only night game of the 3 game series. He would have to miss it to come pick us up. So I mentioned staying an extra day so he could go and he was all for it!! So come on AP rates!!!! Please help me out!

Off to make another Chef Mickey's ADR now for my last day!!

OMG im jacked up...i had a really good interview last night for possible jobs in our district.....now waiting to see if I move on to the next round! My principal got good feedback last night from the principal i interviewed with!!!! Please keep saying and thinking those good thoughts and CROSS YOUR FINGERS!

Christine...I have the large Cricut Expression...OMG how did we live without it??? Now im obsessed with getting cartridges! KWIM??

Good Morning, 29 days until spring.
The snow did turn to rain last night and melted all the new snow, still have old snow though. It is in the mid 30's today.

Chan, That is awlful about the Swan. I guess I should have checked my bill better. I don't think there were any wrong charges though, I probably would have noticed. Of course, if they want to put my charges on the next guests bill, that would be OK.

Kristin, How thoughtful of you to stay another night so DH can go to the game. I am sure he appreciates it very much. The things we are willing to do to make our DH's happy.

Got my Chef Mickey's ADR for the last day!! Still only crappy times at CRT dinner though. I am glad I took what I could get a few weeks ago, but I hope they open up later dinner times once 90 days approaches

I have a question about CRT...I think my Dniece who is 6 is going to be coming with us since it looks like DSs wont be (summer jobs...)this is a recent developement ...any way we now want to add a dinner at CRT...I was thinking we had to do this at the 90 mark...didnt realize that it could be booked before that...

bluedeb- you can book CRT through 6/19. For all dates after that it is 90 days.

Hi, everybody.....I was out running around....my house is a mess...because before running you all know where I was. (sitting here)

Annette...Hope all is going well....

Maxie...oh ya...I have stayed at teh Swan MANY times and EVERY single time they mess up...some big...some small...but even before we checked in I KNEW they'd mess something up - and they did!! But they are good about making right...and they credited us our room service that night. I am just going to have to follow up and see that they DO credit my card the $115....can you imagine lunch at the Fountain cost $115?? That's the quick service place!

BlueDeb...I am terrible and don't usually evne check my CC....but I had to go onto Chase to pay another bill and figured I would look at the Visa...and I was MAD. That is so neat your bringing a little princess on your trip!!!! WHAT FUN!!! I still have Jojo but she is quickly outgrowing the princess thingy.....I hope you do get the CRT...I bet your niece would love that.

Kristin.... I hope you get the AP too...since it may be a better deal for a longer stay. I totally don't understand the whole bb thing...but if it's working for ya....awesome.

Channing I am kinda sad tht DSs cant work the trip into their summer schedule but I am thrilled that DNiece is going to come with us...now I am trying to talk her mom (HCTS) to come along too....it changes things a little having a little one along...like adding CRT for dinner...I still love all of that....

Hope Jojo dosent grow out of the princess stage too quickly...the time flies dosent it...my DD would have eaten every meal at CRT if she could have and now she almost grown up...

Dawn here is the happy dance for you!!! congratultions on the 2nd interview!!! I have seen you you do NOT need Omar to make your suit....when in doubt Nordstroms (your mother ship I think )usually has great stuff....

Afternoon Gals


I made it through another day of subbing....and it was a good day .


Chan......I didn't take DS's laptop today but they DO have internet and I was actually on the Dis throughout the day .....but never signed in to post because I'm leary of putting in my username and password on the school's shared computers . So I occupied my time during lunch and another down time.......but it's just not the same when I can't post and chat with you all . I hope you got everything taken care of and credited back from the Swan's error.....that has got to be so annoying . And $115 for lunch ......must be a good place .


BlueDeb......After saying the other day that we're sticking with our June dates, we may be changing . After everything I had to do yesterday, I came home to an email from my brother asking if we could possibly change the trip . I talked to him after I got home today for just a few seconds because he's so swamped at work......he said he'd try to call me later. So I really don't know what's up . But this morning before I left, I quick fast emailed my most WONDERFUL AWESOME TA and had her hold ressies for me JUST IN CASE . She probably thinks I'm a total PITA but I wanted to cover myself if we do need to switch . There's always something going on around here . I'm sorry your DSs aren't able to go on the trip . But you are going to have a great time with your niece . She is going to have the best time and you will get so much out of it as well watching her enjoy everything. What a great trip you're going to have .



Kristin......That is awesome that you added another day . I always try to find a reason to add a day and get in the day or night before we planned.....what I originally plan never seems to be enough for some reason .


Dawn.........CONGRATULATIONS ON THE 2ND INTERVIEW . That is totally AWESOME!!!!!! You are going to do great.......sending good thoughts your way . I just know you're going to get the job . Now go shopping for that suit and forget about Omar.....not needed for you!!!!
