. DS13 came along since school was cancelled....and he always enjoys spending time with his uncle so I'm glad we went .. Now for you to get packed and get yourself to the GF

We might be able to plan a fun cabana day in June all together....who knows... From what I've been reading it will be hot..hot..hot...! I passed out at 11 last night...wanted to watch Seinfeld and then just passed out when it started but woke up at 11:29! Got my second wind...and read a bit. Then today......oh well. It's Saturday. Enjoy!

Have you thought about dinner at 1900 Park Fare..I hear the wicked step sisters are a hoot!!!
On our next trip I'd like to go to Citricos,Cape May (the dinner), Le Cellier (tried this for the first time last trip-loved it) maybe Cali Grille...isnt there a buffet type dinner at Fort Wilderness...not HDD...I think it used to have a make your own pizza...I bet you can tell its been a while since we ate there..
Last trip I really enjoyed having lunch delivered to the cabana...love that cabana...Room service al fresco...
Mama Melrose (trying to get the Fantasmic Dinner Pkg), Tusker House Bkfst, Tutto Italia, Chef Mickey's, Biergarten and Crystal Palace. Also, T-Rex Cafe one night. I wouldn't go all the way there for a buffet if it didn't have characters for the kids. Our meals focus really on the kids. We try to get a few meals in there for us, but it usually changes when we get there. The morning after we dine at a character meal, they want to go back to the same place!! We gave in this time, but we're really sick of eating buffet food. I going to try to negotiate with a 4 year old and tell him we'll go to the waterparks every morning if he wants, but Mommy is choosing where we eat for dinner! We might be able to plan a fun cabana day in June all together....who knows...
When in June are you going? I'll be there 6/12 - 6/19. On your birthday you can get a Birthday Fun card I think it's valued around $70, or Fast Passes for your family or a one day park ticket to use within the year. I'm all for the $70 gift card. I'm trying to think of something special I can get for myself. I'm thinking something in that glass shop on Main St. Anyone have any recommendations of something really nice that they've seen lately?? 
. I finished cleaning, made my pie crust, then on to peanut butter balls and peanut blossom cookies .. And of course a cabana for 1 or 2 days is a must 
. . I bet it's so pretty up by you . . My 180 days is tomorrow but I'm NOT able to make them at that time, is that right ? I am going to MAKE myself sit down tonight and get everything together so I'm ready . We've never been to Le Cellier so I think that's going to be one for sure . I pretty much know where we want to eat....just haven't decided which place on which night .. Glad you're done shopping.....now on to wrapping . .
What a nice dining list...never tried Mama Melrose..might just have to add that one too...When we did the Fantasmic dinner package (which I think is a great time saver...)we did Brown Derby...loved it!!(especially the deserts...yum) had 2 little ones along and we all had a nice meal...just a thought...also good luck negotiating with a 4 yr old... I say bribery works every time...

We were not suppose to come home until last night but since we were getting snow we had to come home in the AM. I lost my shopping day! That is a terrible thing to loose if you are me!!!! I did pick some things up here and there but not like I would have if I had yesterday to shop! The deals were good! I got a few tshirts and mugs. The day before we left all the Crocs and jibbitz went to 25% off! I got DD the brown with pink fuzzy inside! So the nice CM brought it right up with me! That was just crazy! And he did say that they have been getting a lot of calls from people asking where their luggage was! 
I went to all the shops in the main building and met up with Vicky! I bought a few things but planned on going back for more but couldn't get there.... I will be there soon enough!!! That night we went to the Wave to eat and it was great! We were pleasantly surprised! It was sold out and way too crowded! I plan on writing a letter to Guest Relations about that....
I have never had that happen before...What do you mean out? Whateva.. Where else did we eat??? Cali Grill and it was great! The view was amazing! I told DH that I do want to stay in a MK view room there someday! ESPN....love the ribs! Always good there IMHO! For a quick service we at Cookes in DTD! Really so good if you like fish and chips! 
We went one morning and got FP at 9:30 for 2 in the afternoon! It was crazy! We rode it then also and had a 30 minute wait! I never got to see my people on Hollywood in Vine...I love to sit and watch the characters there....Babs, Paige Turner, Officer Billy E Club...they kill me! Love the Osbourne lights. We saw it dance once because I thought we would get back but never did... DH said he is not going back for a while either....Is it Feb yet??? (well not good for you, but good for ME!) Thanks for the trip report!!! Ok...so our kids are done with it...and our husband's too....that means it's GIRLS TRIPS from now on!! Ditch the baggage and have some FUN! And I don't think that was sold out. The parties aren't what they used to be IMO. What gives? I have never heard of that either...if you're "out"...go get MORE. We better come armed. Glad you had a nice time & are home safe and snuggly sound with the wicked weather outside. 
. Thanks for the report....sounds like you had a nice time with great weather . Sorry you had to come back early and missed your shopping day . But on a happier note I'm glad you got to meet Mandy and her family . It will be February before you know it and you gals are going to have a great time on your GIRLS ONLY trip

: Don't get the hype over the cheese soup, I found it spicy due to the tobasco sauce, DH HATED the seafood salad, looked like tuna fish! He changed it for the tomato stack which was just a beef steak tomato with tomato salsa on top?? He ate it, but it was a lot of tomatoes. I had the mushroom filet which was delish! He ordered the NY Strip (I think) and he said it was just a steak, nothing special. He actually kept eating my risotto which I loved. I don't know why people swap the risotto for mashed potatoes? The risotto made the whole dish. We were too stuffed for dessert so we took it to go. The chocolate cake was nothing special but the Chocolate "Moose" was amazing! Wish we had gotten two of them! DS4 had pizza and he was happy and DS1 napped so we all were happy! It was good, we just didn't get the hype over it.Mare Good luck in Target...hope its not too crowded...sorry that I forgot to put your name in the June list...it sure is a popular month!!
It was so crowded! There was traffic backed up the off ramp of the parkway!! For some reason, the only crowded place was the toy dept and the registers up front. The rest of the store was okay. Got my stocking stuffers and I found that Little People toy I was looking for in the MENS DEPT! It was the last one and I think someone was hiding it. Too bad, I grabbed it! I've heard Mama Melrose is good, we went ages ago and didn't care for it. But we're willing to give it another try plus my boys have never seen Fantasmic so I like having the package to cut the line. We've been to the Brown Derby before and like it. This trip we're trying the Basic Dining Plan, so I'm avoid signature restaurants. I'm trying to plan as little as possible. We really want to relax and enjoy the pool/cabana/waterparks. Plus doing the deluxe plan wore us out. We felt we were always in restaurants and always getting up early and running to an ADR.
