Like they say about puppies...they are cute, but they grow up to be dogs. Although...I am a dog lover. Sounds like fun! I thnk Dawn was the chocolate chip pumpkin cookie girl?? Or was it muffins?? This reminds me of the girlscout game where you start a secret at one part of the circle and then it is totally changed by the end. BUT...maybe there was a choc chip pumpkin cookie recipe out there & I missed it!! Kristin? Was it yours??

It snowed here!!!! I went for a walk with my neighbor and we got pelted with pea sized hail and snow!!!! My black dog's back was WHITE!!! It was incredible....and the sound of that coming down thru the leaves on the trees was beautiful. It was neat!!!!!! But...it's not below freezing yet so I am good....and it didn't stick to anything but my Newfie girl. And she loves it. I miss ya, Sassy girl.

)...BTW how is student teaching going...are you still with your fifth graders?? will you teach different grades through the year... like his 2 favorite tee shirts -you know the ones you try to throw in the trash but they keep finding... and who knows what else...oh no I HELP him pack every time...but the kids they have to pack their own stuff or who wants to listen to them...they ususally do pretty well...just at the last darn minute... 
This type of weather makes me want to put up a Christmas tree and turn on the Christmas music!
It's gonna get warm again and I will not be in the mood to put up a tree and decorate Thanksgiving night It was so funny last night digging out the space bags with all the blankets in them and finding the bin of warm pj's, i know they are gonna go right back in!
......but I guess it's my fault regardless because isn't that the way it always goes.....we're responsible for EVERYTHING no matter if we have anything to do with it or not . And I totally get the "should be thrown away tees".......and they DO always find their way back to the drawer . . I hope everything gets straightened out . Today is a new day and I'm sure things will be better . Just keep thinking of your trip that's coming up soon.....that should help get through these trying days . . It is absolutely FREEZING today . I can't tell you how much I hate winter . Guess there's not much I can do about it aside from moving to a warmer climate . I guess I'll just sit here and dream about being at the GF in my cabana 
. Atleast the sun is shining so hopefully it will warm up a little over the next few hours .. I think we're only supposed to get into the 40's or so here . . You'll be on that plane before you know it . . 
That's my morning plan....and to get a few things done, too. And she still has skorts and sundresses hanging in her closet....there's something wrong there. Mommy needs to get movin' on it.

WE don't do cold! I married a fellow FLA native and our poor children get chilly when the thermostat reaches 79! Sarah is his running mate unless his teacher wanted to be the vice president! She asked him who Sarah was and he said SARAH PALIN! SERIOUSLY, he said that! She also asked him to tell the class what he would change and he said he would like the class to have reading center all day and get big TV's a Wii's for the whole class to play and that school would be only one day a week. Then she said he told a few knock knock jokes and said he could stand on his head and tried but she stopped him.
