I need to exercise but I thought I would pop on now that DS is at school. Tummy seems to be doing better and his appetite is slowly returning.

Being a proud blonde, I have to admit that I had to google "TTYL" since I thought it stood for TaTa You Losers!

OK, I just chickened out on San Angel Inn for lunch (All Ears is showing a new menu that I am not wild about ) I moved us to Tutto Italia instead but am eating earlier than I wanted...

K~ I hate San Angle Inn...... Tutto sounds like a better choice! Lots of yummy carbs in yummy sauces!

That one I knew (from My Friends Tigger & Pooh, sadly) but I can think of some HILARIOUS substitutions!!

When we first booked San Angel, the menu was different. I was merely thinking margarita and chips and salsa! But I hate to waste a credit on it. Tutto has an interesting lunch menu so I think we will be happier there. It just stinks since we have a late breakfastat Chef Mickey's that morning with a 1:15 lunch I just have to watch myself at that breakfast and not go overboard so I am somewhat hungry for lunch... Mericifully, dinner isn't until 7pm that night.

I really wanted Le Cellier, but surprise, suprise- no openings even for lunch. Those CP packages really took a chunk out of the late lunch ADR's

That is actually the only abbreviation I do know!! Sometimes I still cant figure out some of the ride abbreviations... what can I say...and of course lets not forget Channings discovery....
Also glad DS is feeling better

BTW has anyone read the toilet paper (not to be confused with TP as in view) threads! Need I say more

Afternoon Ladies


Glad to report DS got all A's and B's and every single one of his teachers said he is a pleasure to have in class and is doing a great job . So needless to say, I am very happy with him and his hard work so far in 8th grade .



Chan ~ How do they have different vacation times???? That's really nuts . I don't see why our middle school has two early dismissal days in a row......but atleast both DSs are off Friday, so that will make for a nice weekend .

Blueskies It is 142 days til spring, and only 43 until my trip. I am really starting to feel like I need a vacation.

Deb Congrats to your DS for his great report card. I haven't figured out the BTTBC either.

Hi Gals . I have a few minutes while waiting for dinner to finish cooking so thought I'd pop in to see what was going on .


BlueSkies ~ I am just so proud of him because he has to really study to do well and last year was a difficult year . There were a few new teachers and they ended up firing the 7th grade science teacher with just 10 weeks left in the year last year......so things were kind of rocky . But this year he has kicked butt and has been going strong for 10 weeks........so hopefully he'll keep at it and continue going strong .


Kristin ~ OMG........he ended up getting a B in her class....and I still have not heard back from the principal on that stupid Shakespeare paper . He told me he would get back to me with what she reported back to him and I have heard NOTHING . But the way I calculated his grade according to the Shakespeare report (195 pts), another paper (100 pts), and worthless internet worksheets they had to do, his grade should have only averaged around a 73-74% for his final grade . So I'm thinking she CHANGED his grade on the big report from what she originally gave him and is side-stepping the whole issue . It doesn't surprie me one bit because this woman is a nasty old thing . So the saga continues .


Maxie ~ Only 142 days until spring???? WOO HOO ....I can't wait . If you figure out what BTTBC means, please let me know ....and I'll do the same .


Dinner is just about ready.....so I better get it on the table. TTYL .
