:sad2: Please help. I'm having a very hard time deciding whether or not I should do the mama melrose fantasmic package or eat at the prime time cafe. I probably prefer the prime time cafe but I don't want to wait in a long long line for fantasmic after a long day at the park, nor do I want to line up more than an hour in advance. If it was just me and my boyfriend, it might not be so hard to choose, but I have a 3 yr. old as well. Do you have to wait or do you just walk in to the fantasmic theater and sit when it opens? What would you choose? I already have an ADR for both, and I only have 1 table service credit to work with so I can't do both. Help!!!!! :confused3

With a 3 year old, I would be on the safe side and do the MM package just to be sure you get in and don't have to wait. One year we waited packed in like sardines for an hour and a half and got great seats right in the front but it was only my 9 yo dd and I so we worked though the crowds but yeah it's a pain. JMO. Anyone else?

Fantasmic is usually packed so you end up sitting on those hard benches for over an hour. With a 3 year old I would say do the Fantasmic dining package, it makes everything easier. I did the Brown Derby package july of this year and it was great. Had a nice dinner and walked into the fantasmic theatre about 10 minutes before the show started.

It's kind of a dilemma.

Yes, the Fantasmic dinner package "saves" you some seats. However, in order to get some really good seats, you have to enter almost as early as the regular folks. It's not like you can get there 5 minutes to showtime and have prime seats. In other words, even the saved seats tend to fill up quickly, you just have a seat saved for you.

The dinner packages are nice; however, I probably wouldn't do it again because the seat I had wasn't really that much better than one I could have gotten myself.

The walk down the "special" entrance is quite long too.

I think it depends on when you go. We went in Sept and we entered about 45 mins before the show and found some pretty good seats so we were able to do without the fantasmic package. Not sure if that would work for you.
