having a cold vs tsa or airlines

Equally respectfully, that's why there is the PM button. when you post on an open forum, on a public internet website, anyone is free to comment on your statement as long as they are following the rules.

That means I get to voice my opinion especially when it's a topic that effects me, as banning does.

oh trust me,,,i know what opinions mean on here. besides,,,i had clicked the quote from you thats why i meant it for you. and as for PM's? IMHO, tried that with others on here and got nowhere

i had a woman sit next to me on flight once who boarded with dark sunglasses. She removed them once the flight departed and confided to me she had pink eye...indeed she did, thanks for not sharing. Not sure if that would've precluded her from flying anyway, but certainly a convincing argument to wipe down your tray.

Holy Crap! I would have freaked out then and there! Ewwww! Some people just have no common sense, do they?

The only one that can prevent you from boarding a flight is the Captain.

Sorry, but that's not right. The U.S. Department of Transportation's regulations for passengers with disabilities set the standards under which airlines can deny boarding for medical reasons, and the decision-making authority isn't limited to the captain of a flight. Indeed, for disabilities/medical issues every airline must have Complaint Resolution Officials (CROs) who can override a captain's decision on any matter except flight safety. See 14 C.F.R. § 382.151(e).
