Haven't flown in so long, help!!!

So, I know the basics of what I can bring in my carry on, but can you help? I normally always have my makeup in my purse, meaning just my lipstick and mascara, do I need to pack my mascara instead? My lipstick is a stick, not a gloss.

What about a lighter, can I bring one or do I need to pack it? I'm not understanding what I read, but it seems I can carry a bic lighter on?

Razors? A plastic disposable razor, carry-on or luggage? Same with tweezers?

Ps--I've never had a problem with bringing lipstick on board outside my 311 bag. Lip gloss, however, should be in your quart bag. Mascara is a tough one. It is kinda pasty, so maybe to be safe and put it in your 311 bag? I always just through it in the ziploc.

Mascara does definitely need to go in the 3-1-1 bag. A good rule of thumb is if it doesn't hold it's shape outside of it's container, it needs to go in the 3-1-1 bag.

You can have disposable razors and tweezers in your carry-on. I'm not sure about the lighter.

Remember you get a 311 bag per traveler. Take advantage of that.
