Have you stayed at concierge level, when, what resort and what rate did you get.

We are staying 11/3/02 - 11/8/02 & 4/13/03 - 4/25/03 on points and would like to take another quick trip and buy a room for 3 nights at concierge level. I have seen good reviews for Contempory, AK, WL and Poly. The time of year does not matter, I'm more concerned with getting a good deal. And I don't mind switching hotels, in fact I kind of like the idea of staying at 3 different resorts (as long as we aren't dragging all that food with us) we always look like the Clampets pulling up to BWV.

I guess what I'm looking for is advise on the discounts, we have AP's and I would get the DC card if that is the way to the best rates. I have looked at mousesaver.con and am a bit confused by all the options.

I don't know about 2003, but we are staying at the AKL concierge this April for $354 per night, also the Yacht club for $396. This includes tax and is for two adults and three children.(I think the kids are free). I think this is with some sort of little discount, but it is high season which ends on April 21st. (The day we leave!lol)

We stayed at Poly Concierge over the Fourth of July in 2000. Got a great rate of $249.00 per night with the AP discount. This rate was for the gardenview side of the Hawaii building. After many phone calls to the Concierge desk prior to our trip tell the folks there how special this trip was, we received a little magical surprise upon check-in. We were upgraded to the lagoon side of the building for no additional charge. I guess using my charm worked! My wife cried when we got up to the third floor and looked out our balcony window to see the castle. She would fall asleep watching the castle change colors every night. The service/food/staff were all excellent. We are hoping for a return to this resort in the future.

GF, 8/2000. around $300 per night. Had a room in Conch Key looking out over the castle.

The following rooms I can't disclose the rate for personal reasons...

BWI 8/01. Courtyard view looked out over the Garden rooms, saw Illuminations from balcony.

AKL 12/01. Savannah room, WOW!
