Have you met your sales guide while at WDW?

We are going to WDW next week and I will be meeting our sales guide whom I bought points from over the phone. He will be coming from Celebration just to meet us.

Do you make an effort to meet them while you are on vacation? Just curious.

We usually stop in to say hi to our guide while we are there. His main office is at Celebration also, but they have to be at the Boardwalk office periodically for people who walk in looking for a salesman, I would just call him and ask him when he was going to be at Boardwalk and then stop in then.

Yes we did just this back in Jan.

We bought into DVC last Jan and then decided to do an add on after BCV was for sale to NY residents. When I called my sales guide I got the main number. I found out my guide had left DVC and I had a new one. So we met with her one morning after breakfast at Cape May cafe. I had called before hand and set up a time with her, so she could be at the preview center.

We met with her and just chatted for a while to mainly put faces with the voices form our phonecalls while doing the add on.

she has called me - but I wait to make her drive all the way over unless I am going to do another add-on. I didn't think to call to ask her when she was going to be there anyway - thanks!

I was very fortunate to get to meet ours when I was at WDW this past December thanks to a DVC meet we did with some of the DISers that were there for DISCon and vacationing. It was very nice to meet her!!

Our guide usually leaves a voice mail in our room in the middle of our stay just to make sure that all is well. Sometimes we call her back and find out if she will be in. Usually we get to see her.

We met ours (Marc Turner) at HH 2 years ago.When they closed down the HH sales office he transfered down to the Boardwalk office.We stopped and said hello to him while we were at OKW last July when we did our VB add-on.It is nice to see them in person.

If I'm at the Boardwalk, I usually pop in to see if she's there. In fact, she called me the other night to ask me to speak to some people who were interested in DVC. Has anyone else ever done that?
I plan on stopping in to see her next week. If those people bought DVC, do I get part of her commission????? LOL

hi: i think we finally got to meet her on about our 3rd dvc trip. it just happened that she was in the sales office at bwv during the time we were at wdw.

Yes, we made arrangements to stop in, take the tour (although we already bought) and do an add-on.
