I can relate so hard to this. I'm not on anti-anxiety meds (probably should be), but I definitely freaked out over every little thing after both my Pfizer shots. But what helped a lot was just forcing myself to remember that there have been ZERO reported cases of any of those things with Pfizer in hundreds of millions of doses around the world. Please get your second shot. Not much point in having put yourself through the anxiety of the first shot only to not achieve full protection. You've got this.I have had my anti-anxiety medications adjusted and was able to move up my second Pfizer shot. Still not sure if I will keep it there or move it back or skip it altogether given the fact that I practically needed to be sedated after the first shot due to anxiety.
Side effects from first shot were just a sore arm, but every little thing felt like a weird symptom - lower back pain? Kidney must be failing. Leg pain? Must be a blood clot. Migraine? Having an aneurysm. It was not a fun two weeks.
