Have you ever Not spent money in parks?

If I'm on the dining plan, I never spend extra money in the parks on food. I've gone on the dining plan probably 6-8 times and never once spent a penny more. (I'm not including tips in that because that's not buying food.) Usually, I'm packing extras home with me.

We have the Disney visa so we use reward dollars for a few small purchases. But other than that we don't spend money while we are there.

Just wondering if anyone has ever booked a package with room, tickets and quick service dining plan and not spent any additonal money?
I know I always blow extra money on junk or extra sodas just wondering if anyone has attempted it?

actually even when I haven't tried I've had a few trips where we didn't spend money in the parks.

Unfortunately I've been really discouraged with disney food lately, I won't get into specifics but I just won't spend the money on park food (it's bad imo) and that's usually our biggest expense. Now generally we go during very warm weather and we have a villa. so the night before we always freeze a water bottle for each person and then we have nice cold water. Also we drive to most parks so we keep a cooler in the trunk with ice cold drinks.

I'm not on the dining plan and there really aren't any restaurants that I "have" to eat at.

I'm doing a solo trip (or maybe 1 friend will go with me) the last week in September. I probably won't spend any money in the parks then either.

It's funny because I usually alot a bit of money for "incidentals"

We went when QSDP still had two snacks and we ate all we wanted and still had tons of extras, which we spent on Mickey head rice crispy treats for our dog sitters. We still have the refillable mugs, which were our only other souvenir.

The only extra money we spent on that trip, the only time we've done "free dining," was the two trips to medical care we took with our kids!

We've been on qsdp and haven't spent any extra money in parks. With the desserts we choose something we can snack on later and don't eat them at the meal. And even doing that we still had too much food. Now we stop and buy a case of water too at the store for the week before we get to the resort.

We have also done budget trips a few years back where we do no dining plan and pack lunches in the parks and eat in our villa at night with the exception of one or two times. The kids have been yearly and twice yearly when they were babies up to preschoolers that they didn't need more souvenirs on those trips. Now I certainly like to eat out, but if it was between not going or saving on meals so we could still go at that time, it was well worth the packing of lunches.
