I went out and picked all my apples (my trees were falling over with the weight) so now I have 30 apples to do something with AFTER my double batch of apple crisp 
They are not real sweet so I would like to make some more applesauce with them.
Im trying to figure out a way to make them without peeling them, theyre really small so its a pain the rear to peel them all.
Does anyone know how I would do this?
