Nope. I'd have called that a filled Long John or Boston creme Long John. In 53 years, I've lived in New Jersey, Indiana, Virginia, Georgia, Louisiana, Kansas, and now Chicagoland.

I've seen a number of donut shops throughout my travels and have NEVER heard them called creme sticks.
