I was doing some web surfing for off site restaurants and we love sushi....so I find this website www.gocrazybuffet.com

I'm wondering if anyone has tried it....is the sushi fresh? Is the other food tasty? What did it cost? Did you like the variety?

Thanks!

Jan

Sorry never heard of them:confused3 :confused3 till i looked at the web site!:surfweb: :surfweb: Thanks though!

Ok, I'm officially not hungry ever again. Ewwww

I know where to find these reports for restaurants in my town....there is actually a news station that keeps up on these....can you tell me where you found this information for Florida.....might not be a bad thing to check some of the other places I've got on my list.....like Texas de whatever it is, the all you can eat carnivore hangout, :confused3 and I can't remember the other names.

Of course, it might also be interesting to see how some of the beloved DIsney restaraunts fared. While I definitely pay attention to the ones around here that have multiple serious violations, I've also learned from watching this news guy that sometimes it's all in how the inspector sees things and not always an indication of continuing problems. But multiple violations in one visit...yeah, that's hard to shrug off.

Those violations are enough to make me fast for the whole month we're there.

Well at least their number of violations has gone way down, probably to an "acceptable" level if you compare them to other buffet restaurants :confused3 .

Well.....I've never been to the one in Orlando, but the one in Tampa is fantastic. It isn't far from where I work so we go to lunch there sometimes.

Please Please Please dont post any health code violations for that location. I need something inviolate in my life besides Disney! :teeth:

So....I think I've come to the conclusion that maybe I should do a lot more cooking at our rental house, :rotfl2:

That is exactly why I don't eat out:scared: and I get a rental while at Disney~I'd rather cook my own food;)

Hey...just noticed you're doing 2008 Homeschooling Days....so are we! See you there.....you'll be the other family with brown sack lunches, right?

I couldn't figure out that website. We were actually thinking of checking out a few places in case we need lunch one day, but probably won't. We have a townhouse so we will be cooking dinner and eating breakfast before we leave and we bring food to the parks, but some days we want hot food for lunch...scary as it may seem! Our fave is Cosmic Ray's at Mk. I was also wondering about Sweet Tomatoes on Kirkman. I would like to look those up, esp. Sweet Tomatoes:)

And to think people laugh at me when i cook in the parking lot with my gas grill :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Even Disney security tried to get on my butt once...I offered him a hot dog......Well how you going to put the fire out he ask????? i turn this knob to the off position Barney!!!!!!!!:confused3 :confused3 :confused3 That happened 4 yrs ago i still laugh at that!Sometimes i take a camping table and will cook in the hotel parking lot......I know where my grill and utensils have been....You should here some of the hotels snobsssss:confused3 :confused3 :confused3

OT buuuuttt....what dates will it be for 2008? I think my spam filter grabbed my latest email from them. You are talking about for the specific programs right? I am also looking into organizing a group from the Homeschool List thread on the family board for the end of Oct or early Nov.

www.disneyhomeschooldays.com Januray 14&15, 2008. I would be interested in a later date next year also. I will try to find the homeschool thread you mentioned.
