I bought a Can-resident ticket back in 2019. Well that trip didn't happen now did it lol
So that ticket expires Sept 2021. Wondering what everyones experience has been? Have you changed your ticket? DId you pay the difference? Did you do this before or after expiry date?
Thanks

I changed our tickets. I had Canadian resident tickets with the Sept 21st expiry. I rebooked them for date based tickets in January 2022. I had to basically pay the difference between the price I got them for, and what they cost now. So I lost the Canadian resident discount and paid the new higher prices.

Thankfully we have our trip rebooked next month, Aug, before the Sept expiry.
And I still have a 10 day non expiry hopper for another time.

I know it's gonna hurt. My travel buddy's husband is gonna hurt even more I bet.
Wonder do they have to be changed before the expiry date?

I don’t think they have to be changed before the expiry date , but I would be worried that by the time they expired you would have to make modifications in person , which would mean not being able to book park passes ahead of time or fastpass if it returns. I don’t know if that’s the case but to me that would be worth a phone call before they expire to make sure .

Thanks! Yeah I see a phone call. I was just trying to get an idea of others experiences. I wish we could have gotten there this year but I made most of the changes before the vaccine rollout was going as fast as it is locally.
