Hello Everybody! I'm new to the thread and my first Concierge stay will be this December at the WL. We received a blank "Personal Vacation Itinerary" to fill out & return with our info. Well, I misplaced the envelope and decided to fax it to the number on the sheet (this was Tuesday). I sent an email after the fax asking if they would confirm receipt of the document & I haven't received a response back. Should I be concerned after only 2 days? I have no idea how many staff they have, etc. and no clue how overworked they may be...please help, Thanks!!

Well, guess what I'm doing instead of splurging on the Mouseketree? I'm flying my baby brother and his brand-new wife to Orlando to spend the weekend with us at AKL CL in December!! I got an incredible deal on Independence Air for 50% off to Orlando. Their flights cost $24.50 each one-way Isn't that hilarious?! We will fly into MCO within an hour of one another, limo it to AKL , check in and let the fun begin!! I cannot wait! Princess Andrea at AKL IPO has already added them to our CP dinner package and gotten them MVMCP tix for our first night! I am elated! Plus I ordered them personalized stockings which I will have filled with treats in our room - along with DD, of course!
All that for just a tiny bit more than I was going to spend on that adorable Christmas tree for our room. Well worth it, I must say

The show was a huge success and we raised at least 15K from the luncheon that will be donated to our local hospital's cancer fund.

I'm tired and worn out and have another show for a church organization next weekend.....so I'm going to have a "dreamflight SPA TREATMENT" tomorrow!!!!
dreamflight...you are something else! We DO need to plan a little "shin-dig" next year....the LL and the SD Sorority!!!

Maxine: Yes, you should be concerned, very concerned! Let me suggest that you send an e-mail to Valerie Charron; she's the Director of Operations of Guest Services @ the WL. Also one to Al Weiss. If you go back about ten pages you will see that this topic has been discussed, at length, of late. And Brian Britton the GM of the WL. Their e-mails are:

Yes, it would be nice to have holiday offerings in the lounges, but I'm sure the lounge will be great anyway. I've seen lists of the food offerings and I thought they might not pertain to our visit if they altered the menu for holidays. Thanks for the response. Now I'll know what to expect.
