I would have posted sooner, but the kids are sick AGAIN!!! Can anyone please tell me why parents bring their visibly sick kids to places where there are other little children playing??? Am I the only mom who keeps my kids at home when they are sick? DH tooks the kids to the park last week. After they were already playing with some other kids in the sandbox (one who grabbed my DD's cup and took a sip of her milk before DH could catch it), the parent said that both her kids had bad cold and coughs!!! Sure enough, our kids now have "the crud".

About 14th floor at CR.... We booked it for our Dec. 2005 stay b/c nothing was available for concierge at GF. Needless to say, we are SO excited about trying the infamous 14th floor. Bambi sure sparked my interest with that one!!! Good luck to those who are trying for it!

mmausse... My heart goes out to you. I'm so sorry to hear about your recent tragedies. Lots and lots of P and PD to you. You will remain in my thoughts.

You guys have been busy today! I wanted to jump in and spread lots of P, PD, and chicken soup around. I will be saying my little prayers for everyone when I walk into MK tomorrow and I'll be thinking of all of you! Off to DS's hockey game and a few hours after that we're off to DISNEY! Thank you for all of your kind wishes concerning our little trip! We're going to have a great time!

Congrats Fred on that beautiful baby girl. She is absolutely precious!

We are working on our third here too which is why I haven't posted much lately----definitely in the tired (make that exhausted) phase. Only 8 weeks, but ultrasound showed strong heartbeat so we're hopeful everything will work out well for the nice, healthy, laid back girl we requested! Of course to go along with my two wild boys.

We are also surprising boys with quick trip next weekend. Combination of cheap airfare, day off from school, my birthday, and those ap's was just to strong of a combination. I'm going a day early with the boys, so wish me luck!

Trying WL for the 1st time with 1 nt 12th fl CR at end. Tried to do "budget" so std at WL. We are also doing MNSSHP for the first time and Party for the Senses at Epcot too. I will definitely report back with pictures on that. Hubby will have to just drink my share of the wine. I'll do fine with the food!

Congrats to everyone on all the anniversaries, birthdays, and especially all the 3rd babies coming!

BT, now you know why I hesitated about the May lizard meet. I'm hoping to be delivering around mother's day so maybe a summer or Dec meet. I'm sure we'll be hooked after this Dec trip.

Awwww, Fred!! - What a beautiful family you have, what joy you and your wife must be feeling!! Enjoy every minute, it goes so quickly!!

WoodysRU - No, you are not the only mom who keeps their sick kids away from others, but it seems that way, huh?! We were the same, with 3 kids it got quite expensive if they all got sick(not to mention heartbreaking.) We always kept them home if there was a family get-together with all the cousins, and our kids were sick. Conversely, we were always trying to politely decline if we found out someone else was sick with cold/flu. Many times we were told how crazy we were. I feel your pain!


All the CL plans are making me long to switch! We need to do a budget trip this time, or we couldn't go, but reading about the AKL safaris and the BWI IPO makes me long for our Aug. trip!! The title of this thread is so apropos, it really is a "bug!"

mmause-I am so sorry for your loss. I have three cats now and I have had more and it is so hard to lose one. Just like a family member. I have one that is 14 and I am not even close to being ready for that time.

KerryCM or anyone who might know. I took advise here and was going to book deluxe at the Boardwalk. When my ta went to change my resi and asked for sure they said that is not correct. They said there are both Boardwalk and Garden view deluxe rooms. I sent an email to Alana to clarify. I tried to call the Boardwalk directly but they just put me through to the cro. HELP!!!!!!

samnbilly, Our magical BC room # was 5661, which my son quickly noticed was "Bambi's view" (from the pictures BT had posted from her own trip in early August). Crescent Lake view, right across from the Boardwalk Inn, full balcony, just a handful of doors down from the lounge and elevator area -- perfect in every way, I thought!
