Have things been fixed?

When we were there last year people were double and triple dipping on the fastpasses like it was a buffet and the food was almost gone. Please tell me this has been fixed and it is no longer possible!! My guess is it has, but i haven't been lurking for a while and we have the itch to go again.

Yes, it's changed. No more paper FP's are available to anyone. In addition, a tiering system has been added at Epcot & DHS so you can only book one popular ride per day (e.g. You can't have a FP+ for both Soarin' and Test Track).

However, they have recently added the option to select additional FP+'s, one at a time and via a park kiosk, once your 3rd FP+ timeframe opens up. You can select more FP+'s, one at a time once the window opens up for the current, but by kiosk ONLY.

I will not miss the lines for paper fast passes. I remember standing in line to get a fast pass for Soarin and a tour group leader in front of me would be standing there with 30 or 40 room keys and just keep feeding them into the machine while everyone behind them had to stand and wait.
