Have the HCOE banners been removed?

Have the banners been removed off of the light poles and other places in the park? If so, are they replacing them with anything? I'd personally like to see the park without them but, I know that won't happen.

We were there last week (came home on Saturday) and they were still up. The celebration doesn't end until the end of the month, so it's unlikely they'll remove the banners before then.

We just got back yesterday and I know they are still up because I took a pix of one.
