Well, this is the link to "pre-order" the CD:
http://www.disneyphotopass.com/previsitcdplan.aspx
Although many people have "pre" ordered it after their trip, most wait to claim their pictures to do so. You could try to pre-order it and use the code on your account, but it's impossible to say if it would actually *work*.
Pre-order or not (and if you can't, the price for the CD is on the site), you would next go to each picture and edit it if you want. Crop it, and/or add a character signature to it (if it's an official character picture you'll have the option to add the character's sig to the pic), and/or add a border to it (there's a box to the right of the picture with the available borders for each pic...be sure to scroll down in it), and so on. Each edit you save will save that version of the picture, and the basic picture will be saved as well. So you could crop a pic and save it, then go back to the original and add a border, save it, go back to the original and add a sig and save it, go back and crop, signature, and border it and save it...and each save would be another picture.
Then once you've done all that, you can go through and order the CD. If you're able to "pre"order it, you'd put in the code that you're emailed. If not, you'll just pay the full price.
You get rights to those pictures, to copy them etc for personal use, so it's a good deal. And your 70+ photos might easily become twice, three times that, depending on what you want to do to the pix. I turned 2 pictures into 50! Didn't order the CD, but I sure had fun doing it.
