I am flying out on the 18th with virgin but still have not got any tickets any one know when i will get the call from the travel agent my DS can not wait any longer

I leave with Virgin from Gatwick on the 16th (but have domestic flights booked through them so actually leave home on the 15th!!) and have no tickets yet!! Am beginning to panic! Tried to phone them but gave up after 30 minutes on hold! What I can't undertand is why they have to wait until a week before to send you your tickets when we paid them weeks and weeks ago!

What time is your flight? Mine is 11:15 1th October flight vs27, oh my tickets arrived today, I woke up and found them (night shift this week)

Thanks for your advice. I booked directly with Virgin though, so no idea why they can't just send you your tickets when you pay your balance. Probably some airline regulation or something? Stupid whatever the reason anyhow!

We went in June with virgin, 4 days before we were due to go we still had no tickets, so i phoned them they came the next day, my advice would be to phone them see what they say.

Just had the phone call that i have been waiting for the TA have recived my tickets DS is jumping sround the front room just have to wait for DH to come home from work he works night shift and then i will collect them now i know i am really going .

Virgin send their tickets really late. Last year, we got ours 3 days before we left!
