Have lost 16 pounds!!!

Okay my official weigh in day isn't until Monday, but I couldn't resist. My only dissapointment is that I can't really tell yet though. I started at 228 and that was Monday September 28. I did just cheat some ( I'm on Adkins) because we had Chineese for dinner, but I ate so much less than I used to I am proud of myself . We'll see how much of a price I have to pay on Monday, but either way I know I'm on my way to a better lifestyle. My next goal is to walk a mile a day. I gave myself the first two weeks of induction to just concentrate on the foods and water. Now that I have a pretty good handle on that I will start the exercise. For those of you who may have read my earlier posts..my sister is never gonna know what hit her!! I'll let you all know my official weigh in on Mon and how many inches I will have lost. Thanks for everyones postings that keep me so inspired!!!:hyper:

Way to go - isn't it great to feel in control of your eating? Enjoy that weigh-in!!!

(BTW - if your Chinese food was salty as it is sometimes, you might have a little water retention.)
