Have I left it too late? Re: share holders card

If anyone can advise me that would be appreciated.

I had a share holders card with 21 shares and finally bought enough to bring it to 100 shares earlier this month.
I contacted DLP filled in my form and faxed it off at work on tuesday but didnt get a response and when i call the phone number it just rings now

I havent got the paperwork or access to a fax machine what do i do? I'm going there on the 6/7th January

Phone them in normal office hours and explain ~ if needs be they can email you a temporary certificate to use on your upcoming trip.

When I try calling the numbers over the last two weeks I don't get through to a human, and sadly I speak no French so can't press the right combination of buttons to speak to a operator so it hangs up on me.

I hope I can get somewhere as I have no fax access now

I've been trying to call and still got no further. Yesterday and today I called a different customer care number and they all tried transferring me though to the shareholders department to no avail.

They've now given me the phone number for salon mickey to try them tomorrow morning.

Who knows if i'll get a temporary card before i go away!
