Have FP reservervations at 60 days begun for Good Neighbor hotels?

I seem to remember that was to start by the end of 2017. But I can't find it anywhere that it has actually started. Has anyone seen a start date? I have a "good neighbor" reservation in January in 60 days so just want to make sure I haven't missed the opportunity to reserve FP.

It was only reported by one Disney blog/news site, which says something to me. They may turn out to be right (questionable given the source IMHO, but who knows) but for now it was just that one story with not a peep from anyone else.
