Have any pictures that are so bad that you like them?

I got some horrible shots while trying to shoot from a moving Tomorrowland Speedway car at night. This is probably the most technically bad photo I've ever shot, save a few I've taken with the lens cap still on. It's actually so bad, I almost like it. This is straight outta camera, but it almost looks like it's been run through the Photoshop Oil painting filter about 10 times. I find it to be a very pleasing blob.

Anybody else have any of these accidental "gems"?

I must admit I delete anything like that on the spot, but I have kept one or two specifically for a scrapbook background before. That's possible what I would do with your one you posted, but I would really push up the color contrast and saturation to silly levels for it.

Oh the ones with the lens cap on? Those are always so dark :rotfl2:

This one was in the discard batch and I had my finger on the delete key when I decided to let it live. I might even print it and frame it. Call me sentimental. I think it was the 'I can't even tell what the hell that is' quality that won me over. :confused3

I don't actuallly have the pictures to post, in fact, this was back when the point and shoot cameras FIRST came out (WAAAAAYYYY before digital....)
My aunt and uncle went to WDW, and came back with some very interesting photos -- a few were good ones of people smiling, but mostly they were pictures of sidewalks, the sides of buildings, the sky, etc. ...... then finally there was one of my uncle's ear... Yep, he was looking in the wrong side of the camera and was shooting pictures over his shoulder most of the time! :lmao:

Well, this is not exactly a motion blur, but was having a photo shoot with my cat (what can I say, the kids grew up and moved out) and captured this beauty. I didn't realized I took the picture until I downloaded them onto the computer. I think the cat was jumping up after a bug...still makes me laugh and I keep it around!

Random photo history...... The first point and shoot camera came out in 1888. "You press the button, we do the rest."

I get what you're saying about aiming the camera the wrong way. My mom did that before. Made for some interesting angles on things. LOL

Darn you for making me dig up this image. For some reason, I can never delete it from my archive. A total mistake yet I like the overall strangeness of the result. So it hangs around. I try to process it different ways, never happy. But it will just not go away....

Just realized I wasted my 600th post on this image. It continues to haunt me.
