Have any adults special ordered at Ohana?

We're taking my parents to Disney soon, and are planning on dinner at Ohana. Problem is my mom is the pickiest eater I know. There is according to her, nothing on the menu there that she'll eat. I already told her she can special order, and not to worry about paying for what she won't eat, because we're paying for the meal. We really want to go here as a family and my dad will love the food, plus this is really his only opportunity to go try it, as they would never go on their own due to my mom. Anyway, so has any adult special ordered? Would they make her just plain noodles, or spaghetti or a grilled cheese or something?

I know you can request the vegetarian meal instead, but it's a particular noodle dish with tofu and vegetables. I don't know if you can request something specific...they may not necessarily have the ingredients to make anything except the things on the menu and this special vegetarian meal. They *might* be able to get something that Kona has on the menu, but your best bet would be calling and trying to talk to the restaurant directly and letting them know your situation. Advance notice generally makes them more able to accommodate dietary requests.

this is from the WDWinfo menus. If they have these for children I would think they could do it for an adult.
