Have a question about resort gift shop

We will be staying at POR and to save a lil on money and time, I was thinking of packing a few things for breakfast. Could anyone tell me if I can buy milk anywhere? Perhaps the gift shop? I know I can get those little cartons at the food court, but they cost so much and I wanted more like a half gallon. And I thought it would be just much easier to have it in our room.

I know that the DVC resort stores sell milk in 1/2 gallon containers; I cannot remember if the other resorts do.

We always buy a half gallon when we go to WDW. Hubby drinks the stuff like crazy. We checked out the gift shop at CBR and it was a crazy price. Luckly we had our car and drove down to the grocery store across from DTD and bought some supplies there. If I remember correctly, we had to lay it on its side to have it fit in the fridge. The gift shop usually has milk, beer, etc.. You could always call and ask the gift shop.

Yes, the gift shops at POR & POFQ sell milk. I know they carry whole milk and 2%, and I'm pretty sure they also had skim.
I don't recall any containers as large as half gallon when we were there this past April/May. Below is a photo of our room fridge with the container of 2% milk (blue bottle) in the door. This size container of milk cost $1.99 when we arrived on April 25. Its probably higher than that now since the price of milk has risen everywhere.

ETA - just checked and the container holds a quart of milk.

Yes the gift shop does sell 1/2 gallons of milk there as well as boxed donuts and bagels... I saved a few bucks in Feb buying milk and donuts for a quick breakfast.

The donuts are a great tip too because they're not very expensive for the box and taste awesome. I love the one with the mini cookie bits on it.
