Have 527 Days Until Our Vacation, But I Need Some Disney Magic Now!*22 DAYS TO GO!!!!

:laughing:I am not even close enough to know how many days. 168 is much better than whatever I am at, 600 maybe. But I am sure 9 months seem far away too when everyone else is going in the next month or two.

9 months?!?! dont give me longer than i have!!! under 6 months!

I would have thought the same thing if I didn't know you ticker with Tink on it was for your aniversary and not for your WDW trip.:lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

So I must admite that I am getting just a little worried about the trip. Between the possible inforcement of FP times and the fact that alot of the lower priced resorts are filled up I really don't know what to expect for this trip. But at least I will be at WDW right? Everything from there will just be icing on the cake. I am curious though on why there still seems to be ADR's available. There is still a 10:30am slot available for Tusker House on March 11th. Last year in May there were none available months before. I guess them needing a CC is helping.:confused3

no thats for my anniversary.... well its my first relationship that i have faith is gonna make it there and past.. so yeah im advertising it big time!! lol

i really dont see what the big deal is with enforcing the FP times.. there is a time on the tickets for a reason..

I checked it out, it looks Yummy. What do you normal get there? The angus burger looks very good. Have you tried to marble cheese cake? It sounds so good.

Forgive me for rambling.:thumbsup2

Oh and by the way

I got Mickey Mail
:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:

Only the ME stuff so far, but its a start.:thumbsup2

I love the Southwest Chicken Salad:

I don't recall what I had in 2010.

They both look soooo good, I guess I will have to wait to see when I get there. We loved the cupcake as well. :thumbsup2

So I got some more Mickey Mail yesterday. I got the Disney Vacation Planning Video that I ordered. We put it in last night while we were eating dinner.

What are you doing??? You might be screaming. Why show the kids a Vacations DVD when they are not coming in March.

Well it easy, really. Mia know she is going next year, and Aidan know he is going two years after that. While Liam might be going with his Dad next year when Mia goes with me. So they were all telling me things they wanted to do and Liam was telling Mia about things she just had to do. It was very cute.

So I blame D for this, but after seeing the cute shorts she made for her trip I couldn't help but let my creative wheels turn. At first I was thinking about making a pair to match a pink tinkerbell shirt I had bought. But I found the cutest Minnie Mouse shirt yesterday and the more I thought about it the more I relized that I had more material to go with Minnie Mouse.:thumbsup2

So on day five of our trip,

This will be the last day of my trip.:sad1:

I will be spending this last day at Disney's Animal Kingdom.

I will again be getting there at rope drop (why stop now, right)

So I have a reservation for Tusker House at 9:30am.:thumbsup2

Here some of the rides that I am looking foward to at DAK:

Kilamanjero Safari's
Expedition Everest
Dinosaur (Will be the first time for me)
Kali River Rapids (If it is warm enough)

I would also like to try the conservation Station and wander around some of the trails. I would also like to see either FotLK and/or FNtM. If I only have time for one it will be the later because I have only seen it once while I have seen FotLK twice.

I am planning on eating Lunch at Flame Tree BBQ. This time I will get the pulled pork sandwich. It looks so good. :goodvibes

My plan does not leave until almost 10 pm so depending on what time the ME takes me back to the airport I can stay at DAK until at least 5pm.

I will probably eat something at the food court before my flight and then go home.

Wow, I had a lot of catching up to do... your plans sound great. I am jealous your departing plane doesn't leave til 10pm. Ours doesn't leave til 8pm, but 10pm would be so much better... :sad1:

I gotta go back and read some more, it looks good so far though. We'd really like to make it to conservation station this time too. We didn't do much at AK last time. My wife at DD rode dinosaur and I just remember seeing the ride photo and laughing because DD was scared to death by all the noise. We told her over and over about it, but she was convinced she'd be ok....needless to say, she has already told me she is NOT doing it again. The wife loved it though!!

Yea I lucked out there. It was really a no brainer. The next closest non stop flight left at 4pm and that was way to early for me. I couldn't leave with out seeing each park at least once. It also didn't hurt that the flight I chose was at least $30 cheaper than the ones leaving earlier.

Glad you could join us Mike. I feel like we are having a big party at all of our PTR's since we are all making the rounds. Like one of those dinner parties where you have a diffrent course at another house.

I have not been able to do Dinosaur yet. We only spent half a day at the park during our first trip so there wasn't much time, and Liam refused to do it when we went in May. He had tried so many things during the trip (including EE) that I wasn't going to push him. I am really looking foward to doing it this year.:thumbsup2

Oh and just to keep everyone in the loop, I recieved the resort package today, so I am very excited. It is kind of funny though. When I went last year with Liam we got two luggage tags for our bags (one each), so I expected to only get one this time. Maybe two if I was lucky. I got three.:confused3:lmao::rotfl2:

I also recieved the extra battery for my phone in the mail today.:thumbsup2

I am just about ready for Disney. Now I just need these next 26 days to go by.

And just so you all know, it is snowing right now out here in the northern area of the land of Lincoln.

Hey it's snowing in the Volunteer State too! We only have flurries...I am of the opinion if it's gonna be cold, just let it snow! :thumbsup2

I don't mind the snow as long as the rodes stay clear and I can see.:rotfl2:

So I got a lot accomplished today. First of all I went to the store and bought a couple of things for the trip. Some mickey bandaids, drink packets for florida water, and some advil. I also went and got my hair cut. Last but surly not least I went to Goodwill to waste some time and found something that I have been looking for. An older sewing machine. It's a Singer 401A. At first I wasn't sure because they wanted $50 for it, but when I found the extras in the stool (that was included) I couldn't resist. Here are some pictures of my new friend.

As you can see she is very dirty and needs some cleaning. Here are some of the things that came with her.

I am so very jealous!!!

I will be posting a bunch of links for you in my PTR in just a few minutes... I am also going to link to them in my ToC - so that everyone can find them again. :)

D~

Grats on your find, Corrine! :cool1:

Thanks Lidian, I am so very excited to be able to find this machine. It looks alot like the one that my Great Grandma used to sew on so it also brings back some great memories.:thumbsup2

I just lucked out D. And to think that I almost passed it up because I wasn't sure if it was a good machine. There was another machine there in a suitcase that was old but I had not heard the name before. They had a couple of older Kenmors in table last week that I was thinking about but when I went back they were gone, I guess that made the need to get this one even stronger. :goodvibes

So ladies, now you need to help me find a name for her. I was kind of thinking of Lucky since it was complete luck that I found her. Or maybe Serindipity since she must have been made to come to my home.:thumbsup2

Sorry that I wasn't really on here yesterday, It was a really busy day and not very good at that. I kept having to tell myself that it is only 22 days until I will be Disney.:yay::yay:

First of all it was a hard morning because I hadn't slept very well the night before. I am so tierd in the morning that sometimes it is hard to keep myself on task.:headache: The rest of the morning went pretty normally. I took the kids to school, brought the boys home, put the baby done for a nap, feed the kids lunch.

Than I went to my appointment at my Doctors office to check out my knee. The docotor says that my blood pressure is good :woohoo: but I am above my optimal weight (Duh). So after checking out my knee he told me that he thought it was arthritis and wants me to see a specialist. He than sat down with me and was asking what other symptoms I was having even if I though it might have nothing to do with the other. I started telling him about my trouble sleeping, how I was tierd alot of the time, I was getting heartburn alot, I am getting frequent headaches, and other of my joints were hurting from time to time. After listening to everything he asked me a couple of questions and told me that there was a possibility that I might have Lupus. He did a blood test but said it wouldn't tell us if it was definative but if we were looking in the right area. He gave me the number of a specialist that I need to call later today. This is definatly not what I wanted to hear.:headache:

After the kids got off of school, I took Liam to his Doctors appt. Luckily the news from his was much better than mine. During every visit he does a lung test and his numbers were amoung the highest he has ever had. He didn't gain any weight, but he did get a little taller.:woohoo:

We than headed to Target to get a treat for a good Dr appt. As we left the store, got into the car, and turned the key nothing happened. Nothing:scared1::scared1: I called my friend to come help me, but since we had to wait awhile we walked over to Panda Express for dinner. In the cold, cold air. Brrrrr! An hour and a half later he arrived and it took less than a minute to fix. It was just a loose wire. We finally got home around 9:30, I got the kids to bed, Liam did his treatment, and I finally crawled in to bed exhausted.

Hopefully today turns out better, at least the car started.:thumbsup2

(((Big Hugs!!!)))

I am so sorry you had a rough day yesterday. I sure hope all your tests come back OK - if not, at least you know what's going on. Glad Liam's tests came back good though. And I am also happy that your car was an easy (cheap) fix.

22 days for you... Just keep swimming... ;)

D~

Corrine, so sorry for such a horrible day. May today be much better! Hope you feel the love from your precious kids and your friends and family!

I'm glad your car was an easy and cheap fix. Hope today is better than yesterday :goodvibes

 Sorry you had a rough day. Hope today is awesome! And keep chanting: We'll be at WDW soon! :woohoo:
