Sorry I haven't posted in a few days... I've been reading, but bit on the preoccupied side since we are trying to get a bunch of stuff done around the house before Josh's surgery.

Thanks for all the info my friend, where do I find the info on the PP share on facebook. If it's at a good price I would be intrested. Hopefully I wont scare to many people by my ugly mug.

So now that I know I will be going, just have to do those little things (like book the hotel, pay for the package, book the flight, figure out how to get back and forth from the airport to my house.) I figured I can get back to planning. For those of you following my past trip TR here I will get back to that soon, but alot of pics are in my Laptop that is not logging on the internet right now. I got something to download them on too, but now I just need to find my power cord.

So here are my basic plans for the trip.

March 7- pick up kids from school, go to airport (eating dinner on way or at airport), take flight to MCO, Take ME to resort, check in, and go to bed.

March 8- Epcot. Hopefully meet some friends in the park (what do you say girls) and go to the huge DisMeet that night (need some more info on this)

March 9- Magic Kingdom. Not sure if I will stay for FW, we will see.

March 10- DHS. EMH this morning, count me in. Will I stay for Fantasmic? Probably. It will probably be easier finding one seat than 2 or more.

March 11- DAK. This will also be the day I will be leaving but I fully intend on taking a late flight so I get in as much time here as possible. But with how crowded everything is supposed to be, who knows.

The only day we are in the same park is at Epcot on the 8th. Is your friend still coming with you?

[Both POR and POFQ are still open. Haven't really looked at POFQ, but there are at least two rooms available at POR because they are offering Standard and River View.

ROFL! That's a great way to look at it... At least you can start to panic once they only start offering one view. I sure hope your $$ comes quickly so you can finally relax about the trip.

[I also looked into DVC rental, but they only have AKL and SSL open and she would need half the money when she booked it. I will have that money on Wed so I might contact her again to see what is up, but I am a little worried about having to deal with the DDP and Tickets seperatly. But I would have to do than anyway if I booked a non-Disney Resort. What do you think? Should I try for AKL on Wed or should I just wait till I get the full amount and hope I will get POR or POFQ?

After planning this trip I will definatly need a vacation.
Plus is it sad that I already want to start packing.

Personally... Even though I would love to stay at AKL or SSL (more AKL) - I would try to hold out for POR or POFQ... I guess I've never looked into DVC rentals, so I just don't know how that works? So that really scares me and makes me nervous. Although - I might be looking into it for our sweet 16 trip, I am 99% sure that once the girls see the AKL when we go for our dinner at Boma - they'll want to stay there for sure.

As a side note, and only if you have time... What is the price for a DVC rental, as compared to a mod resort???

i was being mean to myself and my sis, going on the universal site and looking at some of the rides and yeah.. hehe.. finally broke down and told my sis that test track will be down when we are there.. she is sad about it.. but long as Soarin' is going she will be fine.. lol..... and when i was telling her about universal shes like " that has harry potter, right?" that was the first thing she asked.. it just made me laugh so much

today is mine and the hunnie's 2 month..

Too funny that the first thing she said about US is that it has Harry Potter. This trip will be too short to head over there, but I am really hoping to head over there one day when I go with my DD in 2013.

At this point no. I am still not entirely counting him out though, but am at this point treating this as a single trip (One is the lonelest number..) I guess not everyone is as motivated to get to WDW no matter what as us Disers are.

And POFQ has three views available so hopefully that is a good sign. I will be stalking both rooms for the next week or so. I am used to stalking by now, I had to stalk AirTran last year. I thought I made flights to MCO to arrive at 10:30 am when it actually arrived at 10:30pm. I was checking to make sure there was still seats available in a possible standby flight. Luckily it worked out.

I was kind of thinking the same thing. As much as it would be great to have something booked when I get half of the money tomorrow I don't think it is the right thing to do for this trip. There is just to many things to have to worry about and not to much time.

I was only getting a studio, but it was going to be about $50 more than the mode. Or at last according to my math. Maybe I will look into it more for the trip in 2013 when I am not stressing over everything.

At that moment a friend of mine called and as we talked he knew something was wrong. I told him the problem. About an hour later he informed me that he would lend me the money and I could pay him back when I got the money in a week or two.

I chose the King size bed since it was a little cheaper and I don't need a second bed.

I went to the Harry plotter thing in 2010. But it wa too short. I have 4 day passes this time. So hopefully. Plus me and Kay are early risers. So we will get there first thing in the morning. Before it gets really crowded. So hopefully that will help with the crowds. I sooo can't wait.

no... i wish.. he has reservations about getting married again. due to how bad his last marriage was.. so i backed off on that and hopefully he comes to it on his own.. he has shown a few signs thats he is closer to it than he was..


10 more months till our year.. im feeling that if we make it to our year.. we wont be breaking up at all. and i think at least by or during our disney trip next year is when his mind will be made up about the marriage thing, and we will be getting married... thats what my gut tells me anyways


i got great news today!!! i got my federal refund today.. i had woken up at 1 in the afternoon checked my bank account and there it was.. so i got up long enough to pay off disney then went back to sleep...hehe

so thats one less thing to worry about... down hill from here

Most plans will allow you to switch out your phones around 12 and 18 months (longer you get more $$$ off your next phone). Most places don't make you wait for your contract to be up. Unless you're switching providers, or they're weird.

I know when I was on my last provider, as well as my current one, they both gave me discounts on a new phone at 12 months. But if I waited until the 18 month mark, I got a bigger discount. All I had to do was resign the contract each time.

We're getting new phones this month, our contract isn't up until April. If in doubt, check your provider's website. It should lay out the agreement. They just don't want you going somewhere else before your agreement; most places will do anything to keep you.

I was able to get a new phone a month before my plan was up (this was a couple of years ago with US Cellular) because my phone's charge port was damaged. I don't think a couple of weeks will be a big deal if you sign a new contract.

They will not do it! Not only have I been with my cell company for 7 years, but during that 7 years, I have never once had a late payment, for that matter over the course of 7 years, I have paid them a grand total estimate of $10,200.00. The free phone offer expires tomorrow and they refuse to upgrade me 5 days early. I might just have to look into another company, because they just made me mad!

WOW! Uhm... your phone company STINKS! Can you PM with the name so I can avoid them if I need to shop around? That's just INSANE! Personally, I think you need a new company. I'd shop around. You may find a good deal somewhere else with free AWESOME phones! I know there are places (here) advertising lots and lots of phones cheap and free with new contracts.
