we've been to wdw 45 times and have always stayed @ value resort onsite, we are ready to stay in a dvc resort. so, the soonest you can book is 11 months out? we always do 7 nights, we would need a 1 br studio or regular, and are there value seasons that are cheaper?

yes only 11 months out since its one of my home resorts

the seasons are basically the same as getting a regular value resort. your going to be paying more than a value but about 1/2 price for a Deluxe resort

well once i make your reservation and you check all is valid through Disney app or online i ask if full payment is done with 2-3 weeks.
I accept PayPal or check but be aware PayPal i charge and additional 3% to covers fees (4.2 % for Canada)

Nothing is available in the resort your looking for ... January dates... your best bet is Saratoga Springs
