Haunted Mansion Seating for ?

Hi,

About how many adults fit into the Haunted Mansion seats? From the picture it looks like 3? Or possibly 2 adults and one child?

before the rehab it was 2 adults, 3 children or 2 adults and 1 child. I haven't been on it since the rehab so I'm not sure if the seating was changed. I have not seen 3 adults in one doombuggy ever!

Yes, 2 adults and one child can fit snugly, I go with my husband and 9yr old son, and I have "ahem" a little extra baggage LOL and we fit, a little snug, but with family, it's not too bad. The kids sit on top of the parents anyways LOL

2 adults with a small child in the middle - but wait for the ending of the ride - a 'hitch-hiker' shows up in the middle of your doom buggie (not real - just an image in the mirror across from you).

depends on the size of the adults! I am 5'4" 145 pounds and have squeezed myself in with a couple of other ladies both bigger than me (one is nearly 6'). It wasn't the most comfortable ride but it did make for some good laughs (especially when we had to figure out how to get out!)

Agreed! DH and I have ridden with DD11 and we had plenty of room left over.

When we went a few years ago, me , dh, and dss8(at the time) rode together with enough room.

we just got back from wdw this week and dh and ds (10) and i all fit in one. we also all fit in peter pan.

I would strongly recommend no more than 2 adults in one doombuggy. I rode it last week with both of my parents... My Dad wasn't clear on how many people could fit and hopped in with Mom and I. It was NOT comfortable.

We fit 3 adult women, all around 135-140lbs in a doom buggy earlier this month. It was snug but not uncomfortable. Just make sure that you really like the people you are sitting with.

We have also done 2 adults, a child in each lap. 7 year old is petite.

Be aware that the lap bars do fit a bit more snugly since the rehab, and also no play (wiggle back and forth) in the bar.

It's still the same. The doombuggies were not changed in the recent rehab.
Here's a picture of the handicapped accessible doombuggy. It's the same as the others except the side is cut away a little bit to make a sliding transfer easier.

The seating is 2 adults and 1 child. Or 2 adults . And / or 3 children.

I have a Haunted Mansion video that shows how many people will fit into a Doom Buggy. At the end of the video you can see 2 adults and 2 adults with 1 child. It should give you some idea what you can expect.
