Very interesting. It looks to me like the frame of the hatbox ghost could be used for the man who stands outside the graveyard, holding the lantern. That's assuming the man wasn't there when the ride first opened. Just like when they used some ducks from America Sings to make the robot in the entrance to Star Tours and it's rumored that Abe Lincoln is a pirate on POTC, DL often repurposes pieces from attractions.
