As far as I know no FP and definitely no overlay.

as Chartle and Lynn57 have posted there is not a fastpass or overlay at the Haunted Mansion.

HM used to have fastpass, but it was done away with when they realized it was not necessary for that ride.

WDW doesnt really change anything for the holidays like DL does. There are no overlays. The Country Bears used to have something, but it is long gone.
