Do you think that they will have the Haunted Mansion Dinner again this year at the world? Did notice somewhere that there is going to be a dinner at the one in DL.

I've never even heard about this full stop - sounds real creepy to me to have dinner with all those "ghosts and ghouls" around ;-)

They are having the Happy Haunts Ball again this year. Try doombuggies.com for the dates. For some reason I think it is a few days before Halloween this year. It was $99 last year and limited to 999 guests:)

There is a dining club for Florida Residents called the Disney Dining Experience. Last Sept. they had a Haunted Mansion dinner that was held after hours that limited the attendance to I think it was 70 people. It was all inclusive for $125 each. I tried to get in on it but it sold out in 10 minutes! I thought since the response was great, they would do more of them, but nothing yet.

Hey, would a 14 month old be welcome at this? I'd love to take my DH when we go for his birthday! But we will also have our son with us...any thoughts?

First off, it's only for Florida residents. Second, they have only done it once that I know of, last September. From what I heard, it was kind of an adult evening.

For The Happy Haunts Ball any states residents can go. I am not sure of ages though. Must be 2 different events. There is a buffet at the Happy Haunts Ball.

Isn't the Happy Haunts a Pin Trading Event? I thought I had looked into it before we went to WDW last Halloween.

It would be really cool if they did have a dinner at the Haunted Mansion! Do they still have it at Disneyland?

Halloween is our favorite holiday (also our anniversary!) and we are going to WDW that week next year, so any info on little known Halloween events at WDW are appreciated!

a few comments on this.

This has been done at DL more years than at WDW. It was done last year at WDW. It was NOT a pin event. There was one or two pins available but most of the merchandise was wearable.

scanne. have you considered hiring a Disney babysitter for the evening? I believe there is such a thing. It seems you, your husband and all the other guests would enjoy the evening so much more that way. It is a thought any way.

If you paid $125 a piece I'm sure you wouldn't want your little one to have a bad evening and you can never guarnatee a happy disposition in any of us at any age after a long day in the world.

But I think it would be a birthday he'd talk abour for birthdays to come.
