Let's separate a few things here....
OP Said she HATES kids....Now maybe she chose the wrong word but that's a pretty strong word. Hate is what drives actions against something or someone. So You can understand why people are a bit ruffled with the choice of word.
Additionally, when you simply say KIDS that's talking about an entire demographic group. It's really no different than if I said "Man I HATE White people filling up Disney!!!" Think that would be ok?
Furthermore, most kids, with the exception of those with issues, are simply a reflection of what their parents have taught them, good or bad. My kids are great, I get compliments all the time about how respectful, kind, and generous they are. But...I've raised them that way. I've taught them right from wrong, what is and is not acceptable. Yet, even in Disney sometimes their excitement gets ahold of them and I have to reel them in. If a kid does not have any structure in place from the start then Disney is only going to amplify that by 100X. And I think more people would agree that sure sometimes those kids can be annoying and grind your gears. Which is a completely different thing than saying you hate ALL kids.
Finally, I don't think anyone, society or otherwise, gives 2 cares about whether not you want to have kids other than your own parents maybe. I think people put that on themselves. Have kids, don't have kids...NOBODY CARES!!! And you shouldn't not do kid themed things because you don't have kids either.
What you shouldn't do though is plan a trip to a place that's almost entirely themed for kids and then say you hate kids while asking fans of these places if they hate them too. That's not only not ok, it's just plain mean and unkind. And if Walt taught us anything, it's to be kind....to everyone. Even those sh**y little snot nosed kids that are ruining your Disney vacation. Life is far too short to worry about the 5 minutes this kid may inconvenience you on your trip.
It will be ok...I promise.
