Hat ?

My DS (4 1/2) has a Mickey hat (the yellow and royal blue one with Mickey's face on the front) that has gotten very dirty. Can you wash these hats? He has one from Old Navy that I can throw in the wash. Any info is appreciated.

My DD has a tinkerbell and an ariel hat that I frequently wash w/o a problem. I use those colorguard sheets to keep colors from running (they really work!) and I don't put the hats in the dryer.
