I am so thankful that I found this thread! We returned from our 5th annual WDW trip, 2 weeks ago, and I have been going through serious "withdrawal" / post-WDW blues. Usually, I can get through the "just-returned-from-WDW-blues" by planning the following year's trip. But since I am going back to school full time in the fall and probably won't be working, we don't know if we'll be able to swing a WDW trip until I finish (or get a job), which could be a few years from now. As some of you have said, I talk about WDW all the time and hope that my DH will say "OK, we'll find a way to go", etc. I know that he is very attached to WDW, too (he proposed to me there, we honeymooned there, and we just celebrated our first wedding anniversary there), and would want to go back, but I know that he would like to travel to other places, too. People constantly say to us "Disney, AGAIN??" and try to convince us to vacation elsewhere. But there's no place like "home" and we always have such a special time, there. I know that DH is just thinking from a practical perspective, but I like to dream and think that we will find a way to go back in 2004, even for a few days! I know that he's sick of listening to me talk about WDW or ideas that I have for taking a less expensive vacation, there, but he "puts up with me" and kindly and patiently keeps saying ".....we'll see". I am inspired by all of your stories, where your DH's or DW's have said "this is the last time".........and then you wind up going back, again and again! I hope that that happens for us, too!
Don't worry, CJK - you may wind up going back to WDW sooner than you think! After reading some of the other posts on this thread, we have to believe that future trips are possible!
