Hi TinkerKat,
Thanks for the email address, they are the same emails that i have been dealing with as well..
However i did finally get an email back last night saying that they have had over 1000 emails in the past few weeks due the the spring sale so they are having trouble keeping on top of them.
Patrick was the guy who wrote to me and said that it looked like my cartridges were not posted like they had said
... but new ones were posted today for me. 
Fingers crossed i should get them in a week or two!
They have been very polite and apologetic about the situation....
Just frustrating when you really want to get scrapping!
